The mission of Vero Quest is to promote health within the body, mind, and spirit through educational workshops and seminars that encourage participants to engage in a transformational process that will awaken the authentic self.

Fourth Monday of the Month in 2010 Save the dates! Our evening workshops will be held on the fourth Monday of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 at the Community Center 2266 14th Avenue in the heart of Vero Beach. It's time to grow, and we have some great topics planned to help you peel away all that does not serve you, and reveal the authentic self that operates in love and harmony through body, mind and spirit.

“Hands-On” Workshops Four times a year, like the change in the seasons . . . treat yourself to a half-day of experiential learning. By the end of the workshop, you will have experienced in-depth learning as it pertains to Body, Mind, Spirit.
